Yes! We’d love to show you around! In fact, we require an evaluation with your dog prior to acceptance. *Appointments only

Yes. We prefer that your dog stay on their normal diet, so please bring enough food to last their stay in a moisture proof container with a lid and scooper. Please let us know ahead of time if your food needs to be refrigerated or kept frozen.

We only accept canines. We cannot accept females in heat or intact females over 6 months of age, dogs that have been coughing within the last week, dogs that have open wounds or sutures, dogs who are recovering from surgery, dogs that are positive for a contagious disease or heartworm, dogs who are people aggressive or have loose stool/diarrhea for days leading up to drop off. 

In many cases, a dog is deemed non-compatible when it can’t be in a shared environment with other dogs. This could be a result of fear, aggression, or over dominance (humping, mounting). Dogs who need individual care will be charged extra.

BOARDING- For boarding stays 10 days or longer, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. For reservations cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, we fully refund your deposit. Full payment is calculated and due by pick up. 

DAYCARE- No deposit necessary. Full payment due by pick up. 

We accept cash payments, check or Zelle.

It depends on the service and your dog’s temperament. For DAYCARE, dogs must be 100% dog-friendly and comfortable in a group setting, as social play and energy release are the main focus. For BOARDING, socialization is not the priority. While some boarding dogs may participate in playtime if they’re a good fit, reactive or selective dogs are safely separated in their own corral. My top priority during boarding is providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment so every dog goes home happy and healthy—not forcing interactions that may cause stress.

We ask that you only bring items that you are comfortable leaving in the kennel with your dog when unsupervised. To prevent resource guarding, we do not allow individual dog toys/chews to be enjoyed during group play. Please keep the toy count to a minimum of 3.

You may bring any comfort items you'd like such as your dogs own dog bed or blankets for their kennel.

Yes! We love to take pictures and videos of all the dogs here at Kozy K9. We are happy to update you daily. Be sure to follow us on social media to also stay connected. You may see your furry friend uploaded on our page!
